Arun has over 27 years of experience in environmental sustainability mostly from the UK & Europe. Currently he has been helping in strategy and stabilization of growth at Orril Energy Services, a company specialized in providing (Steam-As-A-Service & other utilities). He has worked as the Director of Sustainability at Switch Mobility Limited. Prior to this he was the Asia Pacific Director for Energy & Sustainability at CBRE, where he had created ‘Science based Fast Track Sustainability (Net Zero) Road Maps’ and executed at several multinational companies helping them achieve Carbon and Water Neutrality much quicker than planned. He also served GSH Group as their Managing Director for Asia where he had successfully established ‘Sustainable Facilities Management’ and ‘Efficiency-As-A-Service’ models in Asia. Prior to GSH, he has spent around 12 years with Dalkia & Veolia UK as the COO, responsible for new products & services in the energy and sustainability space with a commitment to reduce Co2 emissions for its customers. Other notable experience of Arun was with CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), where he was a part of the Energy Management Cell, providing consultancy services on energy conservation to industries across South Asia.
Arun is a Chartered Engineer from Engineering Council of UK, a Member of Energy Institute (UK) and CEE, Fellow of Institution of Mechanical Engineers (UK), Fellow of Institute of Directors (FIoD), Member of ASHRAE and Member of Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore. He is a Mechanical Engineer holding a Masters degree in Energy Conservation & Management.
Arun is Passionate about bio-fuels, Technology driven Sustainable Operations or Facilities Management, Environmental Sustainability, UN SDG’s, Green Marketing and ESG.

Lakshmi Arun Kumaar is an experienced women entrepreneur (Director) with demonstrated experience in Industrial Outsourced Services. She has over 25 years of experience and a founding member of Orril Energy Services Private Limited, a company created to focus on ‘Steam-As-A-Service’ and other outsourced services specifically to the manufacturing sector. Being the first employee of GSH India Private Limited, she was responsible for Human Resources and Administration team and handled blue colour workforce of over 6000 employees across 20 + states in India. She has hands on experience in People Management. Prior to GSH, she had spent almost a decade and half with CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) handling various national and international exhibitions, international sub-committee, HR Sub-committee etc. In her role with CII, she had created an extensive network which has helped her move up the leadership ladder. Her passion towards, Corporate Social Responsibility has helped her to tie up with rural polytechnics for necessary recruitment to provide lively hood for many first-generation graduates and engineers. She believes in equality and encourages women workforce in all the fields including technical services.
Lakshmi has a bachelors degree in in Public Administration, an executive diploma in Human Resources from Loyola Institute of Business Administration and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Trichy (IIMT). She is a Member of Institution of Directors and a Certified Director.
Lakshmi is passionate about Corporate Social responsibility, UN SDG’s, Women employment in non traditional work streams and child education.
